This dress is really cute. I am 5’5″, 139lbs and a 34B and bought Medium. This dress is a bit loose on the top but with a padded bra, it works well the problem is that you cannot wear a bra without being visible. I got a medium and is a bit loose but if I would have got the small one it would have been a little too short for my taste.
