I love this dress. There is not much stretch to the material. I followed the size chart and went with a 2x. I normally wear a 1x. I’m 5’5” and 200lbs. If you are average to small busted you might be able to go with your normal size. I love the empire waist and high low style. I’m ordering another dress in a smaller size and color to see if it fits better. The 2x waist was pulled as tight as it could go, so the 1x might fit better. I wore it to my sisters wedding and got a lot of compliments.
