I used this as a 13 Going on 30 Halloween costume and it was literally perfect. It’s clearly a cheaper quality dress, the fabric is a bit costume and the seams will tear a bit if your too rough with it. But once it’s on you it stretches, fits well, and moves comfortably! Better quality than I was expecting when I bought it. Even though I got it as a costume, I’ll probably end up wearing it again soon!!
